DIFFERENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS FOR MUSLIM STUDENTS:
IDB SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
The Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah (IDB), in pursuance of its policy of helping students belonging to 
Muslim Community around the world, is pleased to announce Scholarships for students from the Muslim 
Community of India for study in a recognized University/College in their own country. The Scholarship is for 
the meritorious but financially weak and needystudents who intend to seek admission in the academic 
year 2011-12 in the First Year of the professional degree course in the field of Medicine i.e. MBBS, BDS, 
Pharmacy, Veterinary, Physiotherapy, Nursing including Bachelors Degree in Unani, Ayurvedic & 
Microbiology or Engineering (all Branches including Computer and Communications), Agriculture, BioTechnology, Fisheries, Forestry, Food Technology, Business Administration and Law.
Applications for the scholarship should meet the following requirements:
Have secured minimum 60% marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics 
in SSC (10+2) examination except for Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh,Karnataka, Kerala and 
Tamilnadu who should have 70% in the aggregate in above four subjects.
Applicants for bachelor courses in BBA + MBA (integrated course) 4 years and LAW have 
scored minimum 60% marks in English and optional/elective subjects in SSC (10+2).
Age not over 24 years and not in receipt of any other scholarship.
Students or his/her parents are financially weak and unable to pay for his/her 
education. Students opting for payment seats need not apply.
Students benefiting from this scholarship must undertake to serve his/her community and country 
on completion of their studies for a period not less than the duration of the scholarship

EVERY YEAR UNITED ISLAMIC AID CONDUCTS SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS
students must fulfill some conditions including
The student should be religious.
Scholarship would be given to those students who are not able to pay the fees for their 
courses and whose educational performance is satisfactory.
Students clearing the examination would be called for an interview.
Those students who clear the interview would be awarded 100% scholarship.
