Pumps >100kW, Air Sealed Dampers, High Steam Pressure Valves from 1 inch to 36 inch dia, Water valves up to 54 inch, Piping installation from 1 inch till 54 inches dia., Experience in overhaul/outages, Experience in Assembly/disassembly, Inspection and quality control of mentioned equipment’s, Lifting plans, Scaffolding plan, Experience in definition of Spare Parts, Highly proficient in MS (Word and Excel), Experience in creation of procedures (method of statement)
ROLE
Consult O&M Manuals and drawings
Identify required resources (Spare parts, Manpower, Tools/equipment, services).
Prepare the method of statement for the task
Generate step by step procedures
Generate Job Safety Assessment
Generate reports
